Experience captivating presentations including a planetarium talk, an indoor star party, or an immersive educational video. One Sky Video Presentation
One Sky Video Presentation is a 43 minute full dome 360 degree video. It pulls together 6 distinct stories from around the world. Each showcases the impact that culture has had on our astronomical knowledge and the impact astronomy has had on culture. Each story reinforces that their is only One Sky.

Finding Your way in the Night Sky
Finding Your Way in the Night Sky is a 30 minute live presentation guiding participants to find their way through the myriad of stars. Using a full 360 degree projection of the night sky, participants will feel like they are out int he night sky. We will explore the basics of finding and identifying the constellations that make up our Night Sky. Perhaps you may even get a little something to take home to remember your experience!

Big Astronomy: People + Places + Discoveries
Big Astronomy: People + Places + Discoveries, is a 30 minute video produced by the National Science Foundation looking at modern Astronomy at three observatories high in the Atacama desert of Chile. The show is narrated by
Barbara Rojas-Ayala, a Chilean astronomer. * Following our presentation of the video, MEESSE staff will lead a short exploration of the night sky on the inside of the dome theatre.

Interactive Activities
Participate in captivating explorations in math, astronomy, geology, geography and more.
Try your hand using one of our many telescopes to find various celestial objects. Or examine a series of rocks, minerals or fossils up close. Investigate the properties of light and some of the devices we use that use them. Build simple electrical circuits to control the flow of electricity. Explore the link the World has to your Stuff.
All while exploring our tailored programs for educators, parents, and the community to see how we bring innovative science education directly to you.
